The problem
Inventory teams needed a cleaner way to manage stock levels, item movement, receiving, adjustments, and reports without depending on fragile spreadsheets. Field staff also needed a faster mobile workflow for scanning, looking up, and updating inventory while working on the floor.
Product scope
StockPilot Inventory includes an admin console for products, locations, stock movements, reorder levels, workers, and reports. It also includes a Flutter mobile app concept for stock lookup, scanning, quick adjustments, replenishment actions, and recent field activity.
Outcome
Teams get a more organized inventory record, clearer movement history, and a faster way to reconcile stock changes between the office and the floor.
