Cashless Parking Payment

A QR and mobile-web parking payment flow connected to cashier review, rate rules, gate status, and transaction reporting.

The problem

Parking operators needed to support non-cash payments without losing visibility at the cashier desk or gate. Customers needed a simple mobile payment path, while staff needed to know whether a ticket was unpaid, paid, validated, expired, or ready for exit.

System scope

The system covers QR-based customer payment, mobile-web transaction steps, cashier validation, gate status monitoring, rate plan setup, manual desk actions, reports, and exception handling for sessions that need staff review.

Outcome

The workflow reduces payment confusion, shortens the exit process for customers, and gives parking staff clearer transaction status during busy periods.
