Condo Rental Management and Tenant Portal

A property management platform for rent, utilities, tenant communication, online payments, maintenance work, and field meter readings.

The problem

Property managers needed one system for tenants, contracts, billing, utilities, announcements, payment tracking, and support conversations. Tenants needed self-service access, while maintenance staff needed a mobile workflow for meter readings and issue updates in the field.

System scope

The product includes an admin console for leases, tenants, billing, utility charges, chat, announcements, renewals, and reports. It also includes a tenant portal for online payments and requests, plus a Flutter maintenance app for meter readings, issue capture, and field updates.

Outcome

Admin, tenant, and maintenance teams share one billing and communication pipeline, reducing manual follow-ups and making payments, readings, and requests easier to trace.
