VizTOR Visitor Management System

A building visitor system for front desk registration, self-service kiosk check-in, tenant invitations, QR/MIFARE passes, and turnstile access sync.

The problem

Building teams needed one visitor pipeline for walk-ins, invited guests, tenant approvals, front-desk assistance, kiosk check-in, access passes, and BioStar X turnstile validation. Security also needed clear records for check-in, check-out, watchlist matches, and emergency rosters.

System scope

VizTOR connects three web surfaces: an admin/front-desk console, a lobby kiosk with idle handling, and a tenant portal for visitor invitations. The workflow supports QR and MIFARE passes, BioStar X access sync, watchlist checks, emergency roster review, reports, and exports.

Outcome

Front desk, tenants, kiosk users, and security staff work from one visitor record pipeline, making building access easier to manage and easier to audit.
