The problem
HR teams needed a faster first-pass screening workflow for large applicant pools without turning the process into a black box. Recruiters needed criteria, scores, rankings, notes, shortlist decisions, interview questions, and email drafts to stay visible and editable.
Product scope
HireLens AI includes a criteria builder, batch resume upload, AI scoring, applicant ranking, compare and shortlist views, resume reasoning, interview questionnaire generation, and draft emails for recruiter follow-up.
Outcome
