Valet teams needed to replace paper tickets and disconnected cashier notes with one workflow that could track a vehicle from arrival to release. The system had to keep attendants, cashiers, and supervisors working from the same ticket status while still supporting POS transactions and branch-level controls.
The workflow connects vehicle intake, ticket assignment, customer details, payment status, attendant queueing, and vehicle release. It also supports branch setup, user permissions, tablet/device assignment, and management reporting so daily valet activity can be reviewed after the shift.
The system makes it easier to know where every ticket stands, who handled the request, whether payment is complete, and when a vehicle is ready for release.
